Right of Withdrawal — 14 days (European Union)

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@bentixrobotics.com stating your order number and your intention to withdraw. We will confirm the return procedure by email within 48 business hours.

Extended Return Policy — 30 days

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, BentiX accepts returns within 30 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition, unused and not immersed
  • The original packaging is intact, with all accessories included
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The return has been previously authorised by our team

No return will be accepted without prior written agreement from BentiX.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been immersed or used in real conditions (fresh or salt water)
  • Unpacked accessories (cables, screws, gripper tips)
  • Products damaged due to improper maintenance or use not in accordance with the documentation provided
  • Custom or special-order products

Damage and Issues Upon Receipt

Inspect your order upon receipt. Any defect, transport damage or incorrect product must be reported within 72 hours of receipt to contact@bentixrobotics.com, with supporting photos. After this period, we cannot guarantee coverage.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact contact@bentixrobotics.com with your order number
  2. Wait for our written confirmation and the return address
  3. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging
  4. Ship the parcel with tracking — return shipping costs are at your expense unless a defect is confirmed
  5. Keep your proof of shipment until the return is fully processed

Refunds

Upon receipt and verification of the return (within 5 business days), we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Initial shipping costs are only refunded in the case of withdrawal within the legal 14-day period.

BentiX Commercial Warranty

All BentiX products come with a 1-year commercial warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing and material defects. This warranty is in addition to the legal conformity guarantee and the warranty against hidden defects under applicable law.

The warranty does not cover: damage resulting from improper maintenance, non-compliant immersion, impact, oxidation due to failure to rinse with fresh water after use in salt water, or any modification of the product.
