Preamble

Welcome to BentiX. These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the website bentixrobotics.com and all associated services. By accessing our store and placing an order, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

BentiX is a sole trader based in France, operating a store powered by Shopify.

Article 1 — Access and Account

By using our services, you declare that you:

  • Are of legal age according to the law of your country of residence
  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information
  • Are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials

You are not authorised to transfer, sell or assign your account to any third party.

Article 2 — Products

BentiX strives to present its products accurately (descriptions, photos, technical specifications). However, visual rendering may vary depending on your screen. Technical specifications are subject to change without notice as part of our continuous improvement process.

BentiX reserves the right to modify, withdraw or limit the availability of any product at any time.

Article 3 — Orders

Any order constitutes an offer to purchase. BentiX reserves the right to accept or refuse any order. An order is confirmed upon payment validation and receipt of a confirmation email.

Please check your order carefully before confirming. Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been confirmed.

Article 4 — Pricing and Billing

Prices are indicated in euros ($) excluding tax. Applicable taxes (VAT) are displayed at the time of payment. BentiX reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price charged is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.

You warrant that you will provide accurate payment information and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Article 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our dedicated Shipping Policy. BentiX cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs or force majeure events. Risk transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

Article 6 — Intellectual Property

All content on the website (BentiX trademark, logos, texts, photos, videos, technical descriptions, documentation) is the exclusive property of BentiX and is protected by French and European intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Article 7 — Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by French law, BentiX shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or intangible damages arising from the use of its products or services. BentiX's liability shall in any event be limited to the amount of the order concerned.

BentiX cannot be held liable for damages resulting from use not in accordance with the documentation provided, improper maintenance, or use under conditions exceeding the product specifications.

Article 8 — Prohibited Uses

Our services may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent or otherwise prohibited purposes. Prohibited activities include in particular: automated scraping, identity theft and transmission of malicious content.

Article 9 — Relationship with Shopify

BentiX uses the Shopify platform to operate its store. All sales are made directly with BentiX. Shopify is not a party to any commercial transaction and shall not be held liable for any products or services sold.

Article 10 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. Failing this, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Consumers may have free recourse to a consumer mediator in accordance with applicable legislation.

Article 11 — Amendments to the Terms

BentiX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force at the time the order is placed.
