Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (business days). Any order placed before 12:00 pm is processed the same day, subject to availability and payment validation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Delivery Zones
- Metropolitan France: standard delivery available
- European Union: delivery available — rates and timelines communicated at checkout

Delivery Times
The times indicated are estimates and do not constitute a contractual guarantee. They may vary depending on the carrier, geographic area and time of year.
- Metropolitan France: 3 to 7 business days
- European Union: 5 to 10 business days
- Outside the EU: variable timelines depending on destination and customs procedures
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, volume and destination. They are at the buyer's expense, unless a specific promotional offer applies.
Customs and Import Taxes (outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and administrative fees may apply in accordance with the legislation of the destination country. These charges are entirely at the recipient's expense and are not included in the sale price or shipping costs. BentiX cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for these charges.

Damaged or Lost Parcel
In the event of a damaged parcel upon receipt, refuse the parcel or note reservations with the carrier, then contact us immediately at contact@bentixrobotics.com with photos. In the event of loss confirmed by the carrier, BentiX will arrange reshipment or a refund according to your preference.
Packaging
BentiX products are carefully packaged to ensure their integrity during transport. Drones are housed in their dedicated carry bag, itself protected by transport packaging adapted to the weight and dimensions of the product.
